Alicia Dominguez Zamarron

Alicia Dominguez Zamarron, age 83, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026. She was born September 21, 1942 to Pablo Dominguez and Manuela Dominguez Zamarron in Cuzihuiriachi Chihuahua, Mexico. Alicia grew up in Mexico.

She was a member of the Catholic Church. She was a loving housewife and mother, and enjoyed cooking, gardening, family and friends and attending church.

She is survived by her daughter Maria Yesenia Valverde Dominguez of Goodland; sisters Maria de los Angeles Dominguez Zamarron and Lidira Esther Dominguez Zamarron of Chihuahua, Mexico; 1 grandchild, Roman Rascon Valverde and many more family and friends. Alicia is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Mass will be Friday, January 23, 2026 at 3 p.m. MT at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 307 West 13th Street, Goodland. Memorials may be designated to Alicia Dominguez Zamarron Memorial Fund and may be left at the service or sent in care of Bateman Funeral Home, PO Box 278, Goodland, KS 67735.
