Carol Jean (Perizzolo) Johnson

Carol Jean Johnson, age 72, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022.

Carol was born March 29th 1949 in Brush, Colorado to Arthur and Martha (Richard) Perizzolo.  She spent her childhood in the Brush and Fort Collins area, graduating in 1967 from Jefferson High School in Edgewater, Colorado.  On November 16, 1969 Carol married Leon Johnson in Denver, CO.  Shortly after they welcomed a boy, Leon (Doug).  In 1971 the couple moved to Goodland where they welcomed their daughter, Jeanne.  Carol spent the following years providing daycare for many including her Grandchildren.  She enjoyed spending time and attending events first with Doug and Jeanne and later with her Grandchildren.

Carol is survived by her son, Doug (Shauna) of Goodland; daughter, Jeanne Stasser of Goodland; sisters, Kay Perizzolo (Bob Weimer) of Fort Morgan, CO, Toni (Buddy) Williams of Goodland, and Pam (Lawrence) Randall of Torrington, WY; brother, Barry Perizzolo of Grandby, CO; Grandchildren, Coy Johnson of Victoria, KS, Dusty Johnson of Dallas TX, Chase Johnson, Alyson Gotchall, Jordan Garza, Blake Stasser, Tristen Stasser and Clayton Stasser of Goodland; great grandchildren, Logan, Jameson, Lio and Conor; and many other family and friends.
