Crystal Lyn Ragels, age 60, of Goodland passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the Goodland Regional Medical Center. Crystal was born October 28, 1960, in Canyon City, Colorado. She grew up on the family farm north of Edson and graduated from Brewster High School in 1978. Crystal attended Northwest Kansas Technical College Cosmetology and Medical Assistant. She helped with the Early Childhood Head Start Program, American Red Cross, Girl Scout Leader, served on the City of Goodland Cemetery Board. Crystal worked many jobs in customer service and sales she loved helping people. She enjoyed gardening, canning, her dogs, traveling and dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harlan Mayer; and son, Jaron Ragels.
She is survived by her mother, Vera Mayer of Goodland; daughter, Alegra Kaylene Ragels of Cheyenne Wells, CO; sons, Andrew Kristopher (Nicole) and Quinten Tabor (Brenna) of Goodland, KS; four grandchildren, Nathan, Vance, Jaxson Ragels and Aubrie Reyna; and many more family members and friends.
