John E. Nordman, age 76, formerly of St. Francis, Kansas passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Society in Atwood.
On September 11, 1941, John was born to his parents John G. and Frances Eva May (Woodruff) Nordman in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up and went to school in Cheboygan until he joined the United States Navy. After his service in the Navy he lived in Denver until he relocated to St. Francis, Kansas where he lived until he recently moved to Atwood.
John was an arborist, and he loved boating, watching nature and birds, and the Bible.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents and parents.
John is survived by his five children; and his sister, Estelle Trower of Michigan; and his many dear friends.
