Katherine Marie (Shankin) Gaston

Katherine Marie Gaston, age 72, of Denver passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022.

She was born May 5, 1950 to Robert and Marie Shankin in Arizona.  Katherine grew up and went to school in Coney Island, New York.  She worked as a CNA.

She enjoyed her cat Chance, listening to music and surfing in her younger years.

Katherine is preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Marty and Mary.

She is survived by her daughter, Jeana (Chuck) Johnson of Goodland, KS; son, Thomas Gaston of Denver, CO; 5 grandchildren, Christopher, Cory, Dyllon and Alexander Johnson and Renee Gomez.
