Linda Jane Jeffery

Linda Jane Jeffery, age 75, of Goodland, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado following a brave battle with her family by her side. She was born in Great Bend, Kansas to Chester and Alice (Steinert) Enyeart.

A lifelong waitress and bartender, Linda was known for her vibrant personality and love of fun. She took great joy in spending time with her family and friends, whether it was on long car rides around town, shopping at thrift stores, or creating baked goods in the kitchen. Her family was her greatest love, and she cherished every moment with them.

Preceding her in death are her parents Chester Enyeart and Alice (Steinert) Kersey.

Linda is survived by her sister Jackie (Larry) Dodd of Corona Del Mar, CA and her two children: daughter Danyale (Travis) Yarger, and son Kevin (Crystal) Milke of Goodland. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Elle Wilson, Kegan Nothdurft, Alison, Michael, Dalton and Elsie Mae Milke, and Trace, Caleb and Elaina Mason. She also leaves behind her lifelong best friend, Cindy (Jake) Welsh, who shared so many years of love and laughter with her.

Linda will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her kindness, humor and zest for life will never be forgotten.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 11 a.m. MT at Bateman Funeral Home, 211 East 11th Street, Goodland. Interment will follow the service at the Goodland Cemetery, North Main Street. Visitation will be Tuesday prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m. MT at Bateman Funeral Home.
