Paula Liby, age 66 passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at her home in Salina, Kansas.
Paula was born December 13, 1950 to Kenneth and Alice Conarty in Kyoto, Japan while her father was on active duty. Paula married Richard Liby December 19, 1976.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Liby; step sons, Curtis and Justin Liby; step daughter, Jamie Bleything; son, Jerry Allen; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
