Ralph E. Elfman

Ralph Elfman, 74, Goodland resident, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

He was born May 16, 1942 to Ervin E. and Beatrice Elfman in Ramsey County, North Dakota.  He was one of seven children.

Mr. Elfman was a member of the United Methodist Church and the VFW of Goodland.

Over the years he enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, dancing, playing cards, television and audio books.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his son David Elfman; and his niece Stephanie Darby.

Survivors include his wife Marilyn of the Good Samaritan of Goodland; son Robert (Tammy) Elfman of Junction City, Kansas and daughter Traci Elfman of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister Elda Blake; brother Ervin (Rita) Elfman; sister Lois Canfield; sister Avis (Jim) Alcorn; sister Phyllis (John) Darby all of Goodland; sister Audrey Huthansel of Oakley, Kansas; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Monday, March 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. MT at Bateman Funeral Home, 211 East 11th Street in Goodland.  Burial will follow in the Goodland Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. MT on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the funeral home.
