Regina Combs

Regina Combs, Wegner, passed away on September 8, 2026, at Wheat Ridge Acres in Goodland. She was born on October 13, 1943, in Elbing, Germany.

Family was at the heart of Regina’s life. She is survived by her son, Chris Rohde of Springfield, Missouri; her daughter, Sandra Corke and husband David of Goodland, Kansas; and her brother, Georg Wegner of Bremen, Germany. She also leaves behind the many memories shared with those who knew and loved her.

Regina married Robert Terrance Rohde on 10/10/1969 in Bremen Germany. Shortly before the birth of their son Chris they moved to New York. Where they had Sandra on 03/26/1972. And divorced on April 7,1978

Being an immigrant from Germany, Regina learned to speak and write English. She later worked as a computer operator for the United States Government. On August 29, 1996 she became a US citizen.

Regina found love again and married Robert C. Combs on August 29th, 1993 in Las Vegas, by an Unusual Elvis impersonator pastor. Robert C. Combs passed away on February 25, 2003.

She will be remembered as a fun and loving woman who enjoyed shopping and spending time visiting with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her father, Paul; and her mother, Helene Wegner.

Regina will be remembered with love for her warm spirit, her enjoyment of time spent with others, and the care she brought to her family and friendships. Her memory will remain dear to all who knew her.
