Saundra "Shortie" Kay (Bronson) Warren

Saundra “Shortie” Kay Warren, age 62, of Goodland passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Goodland Regional Medical Center.

Saundra was born to Merton and Velma (Nichols) Bronson in Red Cloud, Nebraska on January 24, 1959.  She grew up and attended grade school in Nebraska, they moved to Goodland in 1975 where she attended high school and she graduated from Jefferson County North Charger in Nortonville, Kansas in 1977.  She married Rick Warren on December 7, 1980 in Kanorado.  The couple made their home in Goodland.

She enjoyed reading, computers, plants, her dogs and cats, Nebraska Cornhusker Football, professional football, traveling and most of all spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and brother Jerry Bronson.

She is survived by her husband, Rick; daughter, Kama (Bill) Toombs of Goodland; son, Brandon Warren of Kanorado; brothers, Ronnie Nichols and Craig and Gary Bronson of NE; grandchildren: Skylar, Seth and Alexander Warren, Dakota and Tanner Enslow, Michael Fellhoelter, and Alex and Brandon Toombs; great granddaughter, Aleah Garza and many more family and friends.
