Sheri Jackson

Sheri Lynn Jackson (Harris), age 54, passed away unexpectedly August 17 , 2026, at her home in Kanarado, Kansas. 

She was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Raymond A and Georgia Van Harris November 1, 1970.

She is survived by her son Timothy Marro of NH and Daughter Chelsea Stone of CO; sister, Lisa Nichols and Fiancé Rick of Winchester, NH; brother Jeffrey Harris of Kanarado Ks as well as uncle, aunts, grandchild, nieces and nephews and many friends.

As a young child, Sheri attended school in New Hampshire and moved to Kansas in 1986 to live with her mother and step father. As a young adult, she worked at Yellowstone National Park as well as Grand Canyon National Park in the food service industry. She moved back to Kansas to take care of her Mother and stepdad. Bought her first house in Kanarado in 2014. Sheri had a big heart, inviting people into her home that had no place to go. She loved to laugh.

She joined the Church of Latter-Day Saints and was very excited to be able to go to Temple.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a memorial service for all who knew her at The Church of Latter-Day Saints, 1200 N 15th St. Burlington CO at 6:30 p.m. MT. A potluck will follow the service.
