Thomas was born in Sacramento California where he found employment working on a ferry boat called "The Real McCoy", starting as a deckhand and later retiring as a Captain! Known for his hard work and dedication, his good advice and perseverance in life, he will be deeply missed by those whose lives he was once a part of! He was husband to Tammy Barnes for 25yrs, father to Holly Barnes, Scott Barnes, Christina Pezzaglia, Andrea Jones; Step father to Jimmy Kochevar, Thomas Kochevar, and Joshua Bogue, as well as a caring Grandfather and proud Great Grandfather!
