Arthur "Dale" Mills

Arthur Dale Mills will be coming home May 1, 2021 to be laid to rest along with his sister, Donna R Elder (Mills) at 1:00 pm.

Dale passed away Nov. 11, 2004 in Tulsa OK. His ashes have been in the care of his daughter Jamie Mills in Cheyenne, WY.

The son of Thomas and Ruby Mills (Smith) Dale was born March 19, 1948 in Smith Center, KS. Dale graduated high school in Goodland, KS.

Dale was an avid fisherman. He was an elder of his church and was working towards becoming a Pentecostal minister. Dale worked as a security guard for ORU, before retiring due to his health.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Mills; nephew, Robert Kirby; niece, Jenny Mills, and great niece and nephew.

He is survived by daughters, Jody Schiavone (John) of Oregon, Carrie Mills (Scott) of Oregon, Jamie Mills of Wyoming and Bobbi Mills of Wyoming; brother, Alan Mills (Gina) of Goodland and Frances Kirby (Mills) (Sam) of Colorado. Dale’s greatest joys were his grandchildren; Brittany Mills, Robert Fife III, Cody Fife (Alexis with baby due in October) Saisha Mills-Welchman (Justin with baby due in November) and Ariah Mills.
