Obituary
Edward Eugene Aaron, age 66, of Goodland passed way Monday, May 2, 2022 at his home in Goodland.
Gene was born August 15, 1955 to L.C. and Rosa (Westmorland) Aaron in Lamar, Colorado. He grew up in Lamar and attended school in Bonham, Texas and Goodland, Kansas. He worked as a farm hand and tree trimmer, he also spent time gardening and growing food for the Farmers Market. Gene was a kind compassionate person, always ready to lend a hand where needed. He enjoyed fishing, camping with his brothers and spending time with his nieces and nephews at the park, swimming pool and stores. He knew and loved the Lord and prayed for others suffering. His favorite saying was “I hope I’ve made a difference in the life of a child.”
Gene is preceded in death by his sisters, Linda Carol, Mary Alice and Lay Lynn; brothers, Larry Charles, Robert Donald and David Lee.
He is survived by his sisters, Janet Swartz of Goodland, KS, Julia (Bill) Mohrman of Hobart, NE, Lydia (Billy) Reed of Winnie, TX and Bicky Aaron of Lamar. CO.
