Maribeth Stodola

Maribeth Stodola, age 76, of Goodland passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023. 

Maribeth was born July 24, 1947 to Al F. and Yvonne A (LaPage) Beister in Grand Island, Nebraska. She grew up in Fremont, Nebraska and graduated from Fremont Senior High School in 1965 then attended Midland Lutheran College. Maribeth worked as an administrative assistant for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for years, she retired in 2014.  She worked at Overhead Door in Goodland until this last spring. 

Maribeth was a member of the Episcopal Church. She enjoyed showing and riding horses, rodeo, golfing, gardening, community theater, and most of all spending time with her family and friends. 

She is survived by her sons Adam and Laura of Goddard, KS and Jeffery and Kaitlyn of Goodland, KS; 2 grandsons Jaxon and Cooper; brother Paul Beister of Fontanelle, NE and many more family and friends. Maribeth is preceded in death by her parents and sister Linda Suer.
